I’m looking for a contract Content Producer on my team at SuccessFactors, an SAP company. This is a 6 month contract, remote, competitive pay, with the possibility to convert to FT after the contract expires. This person would be working on various graphic and video content for our employment branding initiatives both for internal engagement programs and externally on our career site, blog, marketing campaigns and SuccessFactors Careers social communities online.

What I’m looking for:

A bad ass with in-depth knowledge of professional digital formats with broadcast or/and online video experience required. Must have a sharp eye for detail and be able to edit and approve preliminary and final treatments, graphics, music, rough cuts, fine cuts, final narration and final edited versions of all assigned video programming.

Content production job duties include but is not limited to: 

• Video and graphics design/editing using standard video/image packages such as Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Create Suite

• Graphics editing and inclusion into the standard video segment

• Digital asset management of all footage

• Motion graphics design

• Content curation and community monitoring/posting

• Digital asset management of all footage

• Creation of internal educational materials and content for internal training programs

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in video editing, broadcasting and media production for the web

• Videotaping live, recorded and remote set ups on flip cameras or HD cameras

• Ability to work as both the camera-person and editor

• Experience with hosting live streaming broadcasts

• Experience with online community monitoring for organic media content curation and discovery

• An understanding of online culture and engagement, emerging technologies, and technical uses of online tools

• A working knowledge of Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogging, and other social media platforms 

• Comfortable with Wireless Audio Recording

• Knowledge of HD vs. SD settings

• Experience with documentary/news/interview style shooting

• Strong knowledge and experience in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier Pro or other editing tools

• Knowledge of codecs and compression formats for the web (QuickTime, FLV)

• Basic proficiency in graphics and Adobe Flash preferred

• Experience in authoring of DVDs through DVD Studio Pro or Adobe Encore

• Has experience in both studio and outdoor set ups

• Can manage single and multiple camera shoots well as well as coordinate with an audio crew

• Captioning knowledge a plus 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to perform and make decisions under high-pressure situations

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Must be willing to travel

Pay is very competitive and based on experience.
